All of our homes include a single car garage    

All construction is 16” OC – The home is placed on a 6” reinforced cement slab – skirting are 60 lb cement blocks 1” thick with cellar windows installed for cross ventilation under the home.

     2 x 6 floor joists with a double rimmed exterior

     Floor joists sit on 4 - 1 foot steel I beams

INSULATION

     Floor       -   R 19

WALLS

     All exterior and interior wall construction is 2 x 6

ROOF

     30 Year Architectural Shingles  

     5/12 pitched roof  (standard ranch style home)

EXTERIOR

     Louvered shutters on all windows

     36” Six panel steel front door with dead bolt

WINDOWS

     Low “E” Single hung  (double hung available)
